1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by HualStars LLC ("HualStars," "we," "us," or "our"), 
you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, 
you may not access or use our services.

2. Services

HualStars LLC provides residential and commercial moving services, including:

   - Local and long-distance moving
   - Packing and unpacking
   - Furniture disassembly and reassembly
   - Loading and unloading
   - Storage solutions

The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements and estimates.

3. SMS Communications

Consent to receive SMS communications is obtained through an explicit opt-in checkbox 
on the quote request form located at haulstarsmovers.com. By checking this box, you 
consent to receive automated text messages from HualStars LLC. Consent is not a 
condition of purchasing any service.

These messages may include:

   - Appointment reminders and confirmations
   - Move updates and status notifications
   - Arrival time updates
   - Promotional offers and marketing communications

You will receive approximately 4 to 8 messages per move transaction. Message and data 
rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final 
confirmation and no further SMS will be sent.

T-Mobile and other mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To Cancel: Text "STOP" to (956) 503-3967. We will send a confirmation of your 
unsubscription. To re-enroll, simply opt in again.

By opting in to SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Quotes and Estimates

   - All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer.
   - Final charges may vary based on actual services rendered.
   - Binding estimates are available upon request and require an in-home assessment.
   - Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, elevator use, or bulky/specialty items.

5. Booking and Cancellation

   - A deposit may be required to secure your move date.
   - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a deposit refund.
   - Same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
   - Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

   - Provide accurate information about the move.
   - Ensure proper access to pickup and delivery locations.
   - Disclose any items requiring special handling prior to the move date.
   - Be present or have an authorized representative present during the move.
   - Secure pets and children during moving operations.

7. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport:

   - Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, propane tanks, etc.)
   - Perishable food items
   - Plants (for interstate moves)
   - High-value items such as jewelry, cash, or important documents
   - Firearms and ammunition

8. Liability and Insurance

   - Basic liability coverage is included at $0.60 per pound per article.
   - Additional valuation coverage is available for purchase.
   - We are not liable for items packed by the customer (PBO — Packed By Owner).
   - All claims must be filed in writing within 30 days of delivery.

9. Payment Terms

   - Payment is due upon completion of services.
   - We accept cash, credit cards, and approved checks.
   - A convenience fee may apply for credit card payments.
   - Outstanding balances may be subject to collection fees.

10. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

   - Provide accurate and complete information.
   - Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials (if applicable).
   - Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
   - Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
   - Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services or website.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services — including but not 
limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by HualStars LLC and are 
protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HualStars LLC shall not be liable for:

   - Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
   - Damage to items not properly disclosed as fragile or valuable.
   - Loss of items not inventoried at pickup.
   - Consequential damages arising from delayed delivery.
   - Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of 
any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific delivery times due 
to factors beyond our control.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior 
notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, 
any outstanding payments for services rendered remain due.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the 
State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be 
effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services 
constitutes acceptance of any changes.
